To Rent Bush Cottage

The Cottage sleeps two people in a double bed, duvet, linen and towels are supplied along with all cutlery and crockery for a fully self-contained cottage.  There is off street parking 100m from the cottage and there is no smoking in the cottage. 

 Cost per night

September to April $130 per night for one or two people

 May to August $120 per night for one or two people

Larger groups or families of up to 8 people can be accommodated by renting The Lodge also on The Exchange property.

 Credit card accepted: Visa/Mastercard, we also accept cheques and cash.

To Rent The Lodge

The Lodge sleeps a maximum of six people in a queen bed, double bed/bunk combo and two single beds, duvets, linen and towels are supplied.  There is off street parking and there is no smoking in the cottage.

Confirming Reservations:

Both Bush Cottage and The Lodge can be rented throughout the year.  Please call us for weekly rates, and seasonal offers. Contact us by telephone or e-mail to check availability and to make a reservation.  We will let you know the full price for the accommodation you require.

To make a payment: After you have made your reservation a deposit of 50% of the total cost of the reservation will be required. 

This can be made either in cash, by cheque  made payable to Mr & Mrs C Hector, or calling us with your credit card details, when an additional 3% will need to be added to cover the transaction fee. 

We have chosen not to inflate our rental charges, to cover external booking agents, therefore all external bookings will incur an additional cost when booking through i-sites, other websites or bookings agents.

Office Hours are 9am to 8pm every day.  Your booking is not confirmed until we have made contact with you to let you know that your deposit has been received safely.

Cancellation Policy applies:  Due to our size, All bookings cancelled 1 day prior to the arrival date will have none of the purchase price refunded to the traveller.

All bookings cancelled 7 days prior to the travellers’ arrival date will have none of the purchase price refunded to the traveller.

All bookings cancelled 30 days prior to the travellers’ arrival date will have 50% of the purchase price refunded to the traveler.
